4 วิธีการดูแลป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดแผลกดทับในผู้สูงวัย ในภาวะการนอนติดเตียง 1.การเปลี่ยนและจัดท่าของผู้ป่วย โดยยึดเอาตามความสามารถในการขยับ และการเคลื่อนไหวของผู้ป่วยเป็นที่ตั้ง หากผู้ป่วยนอนติดเตียงไม่สามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้เลยควรเปลี่ยนท่านอนใหม่ทุก ๆ 2 ชั่วโมง อาจจะเป็นถ้านอนหงายแล้วนอนตะแคงโดยอาจใช้หมอนข้างนิ่ม ๆ มากั้น รวมถึงใช้หมอนนิ่ม ๆ ใบเล็กแทรกอยู่ตามระหว่าง ปุ่มกระดูกที่อาจกดทับกันจนเป็นแผลได้ หากผู้ป่วยที่ไม่สามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้แต่สามารถนั่งบนรถเข็นควรจะเปลี่ยนท่านั่งใหม่ทุก ๆ 1 ชั่วโมง 2. ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผลกดทับมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้น้อยมีภาวะโรคประจำตัวเยอะ ขาดสารอาหารรวมถึงมีปุ่มกระดูกขนาดใหญ่ที่ตำแหน่งกดทับ สามารถเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยลดแรงกดทับ เสริมได้ เช่น หมอนนุ่ม ๆ ที่จะช่วยลดแรงกดทับได้ หรือเจลรองตำแหน่งกดทับเป็นต้น 3. การป้องกันภาวะผิวหนังที่แห้งหรืออับชื้นมากจนเกินไป ในกรณีผู้ป่วยไม่สามารถกลั้นปัสสาวะอุจจาระได้ แต่หากยังช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้ควรจัดตารางการเข้าห้องน้ำให้เป็นเวลา เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าที่ใช้อยู่ให้สะอาดเป็นประจำ รวมถึงอาจใช้ยา ครีมทาเคลือบผิว เพื่อลดอาการระคายเคือง หลังจากขับถ่าย เช่น มอยเจอร์ไรเซอร์ (Moisturizer) ทาผิวหลังอาบน้ำ และหลังทำความสะอาด ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ เพราะอาจเกิดได้หลายสาเหตุ เช่นแผลเบาหวาน ผื่นแพ้ผ้าอ้อม แพ้เทปปิดผิวหนัง หากเกามาก ๆ ไปนาน ๆ จะเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อ อันตรายมาก ๆ 4. การดูแลด้านโภชนาการให้ผู้สูงวัยได้รับอย่างครบถ้วน ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นอย่างมากโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอาหารผ่านทางสายยาง รวมถึงผู้ป่วยที่มีโรคประจำตัวต่าง ๆ การคำนวณปริมาณการรับสารอาหารหลัก ทั้งโปรตีน คาร์โบไฮเดรต ไขมันชนิดดี ไขมันอิ่มตัว และชนิดทรานส์ ผักผลไม้ที่มีกากใยสูง และการให้สารอาหารหรือวิตามินเสริมในสัดส่วนที่พอเหมาะ ในรายที่เสี่ยงต่อการขาดสารอาหาร เสริมในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมในแต่ละรายก็เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น หากภาวะโภชนาการดี ก็จะทำให้โอกาสการเกิดแผลน้อยลง แม้ว่าจะเป็นแผลก็ฟื้นตัวได้ไวครับ ติดต่อสอบถามบริการสินค้าและได้ที่ FB: Oasis Thailand FB: https://www.facebook.com/OasisPressureUlcer LINE :@pshospitalproduct LINE Official : https://lin.ee/xxDioPV #OasisThailand #เจลป้องกนัแผลกดทับ #PsHospitalProduct  ดูน้อยลง
